What is the salvation we’re looking for? One that repairs the rift between race, stops wars, ends pollution, brings about world peace, but doesn’t end strife, aging, forced compliance, depression, despondence, loss and death. What kind of a hopeful future is that? What do we ultimately put our faith in?
